How to make instant country style ribs and
sauce preparation pressure cooker
by pouring a cup of water. Keep in mind that you will be seasoning the meat too much, as some of the seasonings end up in the water.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides of pork ribs. Rub the seasonings to cover the meat completely.
Add ribs to the pressure cooker. Close the lid and seal the valve. Press the snap cook button and set to 15 minutes at high pressure.
When finished, first naturally release the steam for 10 minutes. Then, carefully release the steam. Open the lid. You can remove the ribs with tweezers and place them on a serving dish or plate.
Press “cancel” on the pressure cooker. Add cornstarch to the seasoned water in the pot. Then press the stir-fry button. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble, beat constantly for 1-2 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency.
Press “cancel” again and pour the sauce into a bowl or pot with sauce. Serve with pork ribs.
