Place kielbasa on a plate and pour a shot of distilled alcohol (95% abv) over it. The next thing is to set it on fire and wait until the fire goes out. That’s all! Polish kielbasa is ready to eat.

Be careful when using this method! You need to control the fire, do not put any easy-to-burn material near the plate. Do not touch the dish when the heat goes out, as it will be very hot.
