This is actually a recipe I made on Christmas Day… I didn’t want to spend all day cooking in the kitchen, so I had three slow cookers: one for the ham, one for the potatoes and this one with the green beans.

It made cooking (and cleaning!) a breeze. I really think I could cook with my slow cooker every day of the week!

This recipe is the best way to cook fresh green beans. They are perfect every time! This is an easy recipe to make on busy nights of the week. A good simple side dish can be hard to come by, but this easy green bean recipe ticks all the boxes. It only takes a handful of ingredients and contains great flavor to accompany your main course! This is an easy accompaniment perfect for anything, especially during the holiday season when you need something to accompany Christmas dinner.
