Slow cookers are perfect for busy moms, those with low energy, or those who simply don’t have time to cook a meal each night

However, finding gluten-free slow cooker recipes can be a bit trickier. But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered!

I often use ground turkey meat instead of the regular kind: it’s leaner, easier to digest and a really nice change of chicken.
