DALILA MADE MY MEAT STEW AND WHITE BREAD EASY (no egg)
“Hello Jenny! ? This weekend was a bit cold here, the winds were a bit crazy. So I decided to make their STEW meat recipe, a dinner hot and glued to their bones. I have to tell you that it was a… ‘melt in your mouth’….. food!! ? I had no celery left, annoyance, so I added celery flakes, next time celery stalks for sure. I also combined it with their EASY WHITE BREAD (NO EGG), speaks of a delicious dinner! Your bread recipes are easy and never fail me, thank you! I can see myself making this recipe over and over again, it’s a safe gatekeeper. Next time I will add peas for a small change. Thanks for another tasty Jenny recipe! Happy cooking!! ?
~ The stew and bread look fantastic. I love dipping bread in my stew. ~ jenny
BUNNY MADE MY PIZZA PEPRONI”
Hi Jenny, I’m sitting here eating a wonderful piece of hot pizza, courtesy of your Pepperoni pizza recipe. I made dough following the recipe at a T and let the dough sit for an hour, then decided to run the mouse around the refrigerator for other ingredients: Italian sausage, orange pepper, mushrooms, black olives, red onion, mozz, a pinch of oregano and, of course, pepperoni. Despite the extra toppings, the pizza slices didn’t sink one bit. It wasn’t because the pizza dough was thick (it’s actually a cross between thin and medium crust), but because of the wonderful browning at the bottom. Great recipe.
The only thing I would do differently next time is not to sprinkle some cheese on top before baking it. My oven is very hot, so the cheese browned a bit. Next time, I will wait until a few minutes. Before the pizza is ready before adding some cheese on top. By the way, I baked my pizza for 12 minutes, but I could have taken it out a minute or two earlier. Thank you so much for teaching me and others how to make a great pizzeria-style pizza at home. – Bunny (in Chicago)

EVELYN MADE MY NO KAMAAD BREAD
“Hi Jenny. I followed the bread recipe faster without kneading, except that I used cold water and mixed the dough the night before. As you can see, the bread looks amazing! The bread pizza was also out of this world!! Thank you for sharing your recipes!!!”
~ It looks perfect. Thank you for taking the time to send this great photo. ~ jenny

DALILA MADE MY CRISPY ROLLS WITHOUT KNEADING AND POTATO SALAD”
Hi Jenny! I was in the mood for some “summer” food. This cold is starting to affect me. Spring can’t come fast enough for me. So I decided to make their CRISPY UNKNEADED ROLLS and POTATO SALAD. Your rolls came out so wonderful!! I covered mine with some poppy seeds, caraway seeds, and sesame seeds. My kitchen had such a wonderful aroma, nothing better than making homemade breads. I made mini bison burgers for our dinner with the muffins, delicious! Their POTATO SALAD made a tasty side, it was easy and fast. The changes I made to the potato salad were yellow mustard instead of Dijon, I ran out of that. And I added some diced sweet pickles to it. Thank you Jenny for your wonderful recipes! Have a wonderful day!”
~ Your rolls look fabulous – I love seeds, and bison makes wonderful, healthy burgers. Thanks for sharing. ~ jenny<img

ASHLEY MADE MY PEPPERONI PIZZA”instead
of pepperonis, I added chicken thighs and green peppers and they turned out absolutely amazing! I wish the crust was more golden and crisp, but my family still loved it. My mother loved it and it only took 1 hour to do all this!!! Thank you so much Jenny! You are the best!?
~ I think the moisture of so many thighs and peppers prevented the rind from browning. Next time try the lean chicken breast and squeeze some moisture out of the peppers first on paper towels. But I must say it looks good. Thanks for sharing. ~ jenny
BUNNY MADE MY NO KNEAD CRUSTY ROLLS & CHOCOLATE PUDDING
“Hi Jenny, I’m calling this my Jenny Jones lunch, as it uses your recipes. I formed No Knead Crusty Rolls into Italian hoagie rolls (I love sandwiches on freshly baked bread), and baked them for 27 minutes. Then fill them out to make Italian-style sandwiches. For dessert, I made your Chocolate Pudding Delicious. I put a square of the chocolate bar at 70% at his suggestion. Such a pleasant and rich chocolate taste. For some style, I added fat-free whipped cream and some raspberries. Thank you so much for all the recipes and inspiration. ~ Bunny (in Chicago).”
~ It’s great to see some of my recipes “in action”. Thank you. ~ jenny
OLIVIA MADE MY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD SIMPLE”
Hi Jenny. Our daughter Olivia in the kitchen again – inspired by your video. I think the ratio of fruit to rind is almost correct. Peel left for extra flavor (and fiber). It was really delicious with a spoonful of yogurt! All the best, Paul.”
~ What a beautiful job, Olivia! Thanks for the photo. ~ jenny
ANA MADE MY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD SIMPLE”hi

BUNNY MADE MY CHOCOLATE LOAF CAKE & NO KAMAAD CRUSTY ROLLS
“Hi Jenny, I just wanted to let you know how much I loved your chocolate bread cake. While the cake was baking, I went out to shovel snow and fill bird feeders in single digits. When I walked in from outside, I wasn’t prepared for the aroma of chocolate to hit me in the face the moment I opened the door. Wow, the whole house smelled like chocolate!
~ Thanks for the great photos and for the extra tips too. ~ jennyOMG (Exceptional, Wonderful, Glorious) Unkneaded crispy rolls! Here are the best crispy rolls I’ve ever made, including KAF’s “Crusty European Hard Rolls” (sorry, King Arthur Flour, yours came out dense even with extra time to get up).
BLESSED MADE MY CRISPY ROLLS WITHOUT KNEADING:
“Oh, Jenny! Jones because we never met, and although I’ve been away from the customs of life in Warsaw for thirty years, it just doesn’t feel right to call a stranger by his first name (to his 😉 face).
but… Oh, Jenny! I’ve been trying to find “kaizerki” for most of my Canadian life, and while we have some lovely Polish shops and bakeries in the area, I can’t find the ones I remember: small, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and chewy throughout. But I came across your recipe for unkneaded buns last night, and immediately went to the kitchen to mix the flour (only unbleached), yeast, salt and water. This morning my dear Geoff and I tasted the sky!!!! They went very well, even though I only gave the dough eight hours to get up and I was a little worried.
~ I’m so happy to hear this. By the way, they freeze beautifully, I always have some in my freezer. ~ jenny (a fellow Polish Canadian)<

PARAMES MADE MY BLACK CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES”
hi Jenny, I hope this email finds you okay. I love all your recipes. This is my first attempt. The first time I did this, I baked for 25 minutes because I thought it wasn’t baked. It became too difficult. I laugh to myself remembering how you say “20 minutes – Don’t make me come to your house” So the second attempt I did exactly 20 minutes and it was amazing. Here’s a picture. Thank you for sharing the recipes. Your videos are easy to follow and you’re a lot of fun. Kind regards and care. ~ Parameters.”
~ I’m glad they finally turned out. Thanks for the cute photo. ~ jenny

PIA MARIA MADE MY FLATBREAD”
hi Jenny, Yesterday, preparing lunch for my family of four, I realized I had forgotten to buy bulghur for the tabbouleh I planned to accompany my carrot/halloumi burgers. Panicking, I went online to search for quick, easy-to-make flatbreads instead and luckily found her recipe. It was my first time making flatbread and I was so surprised that it was THAT easy!! Thank you for saving our lunch, my kids LOOOOVED bread (in fact, they loved it so much they barely tasted my empanadas…) ? I will NEVER buy tortilla, naan or pita again, thanks to you! Best regards, Pia Maria, Malmo, Sweden.”
~How exciting! My flatbreads made it all the way to Sweden! Thank you. ~ jenny
DR. VANI ARUN MADE MY CRISPY OATMEAL AND BANANA MUFFINS”hi
Jenny, Those muffins are just mmm… Exactly as you described it. I don’t like bananas. So in this way I used the overripe bananas. And surprisingly I loved them this way. Thanks for the recipe. Best regards, Vani Arun.”
~ Those muffin lids look beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to share your photo. ~ jenny
