First, gather your ingredients. This recipe calls for a bag full of kale. Sometimes I have bags of vegetables in the freezer. So, frozen bags of vegetables are fine.

Next, you’ll want to sauté the onions in the instant pot. Caramelize for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Next, add the turkey neck. Then add the broth, kale and season with salt and pepper to taste.
