Whole30?
As a nutritionist, I love recommending a Whole30 diet for a month to get my clients back on track. So what exactly is Whole30? At its core, Whole30 is an elimination diet that eliminates foods or food groups that are common causes of inflammation: sugar, grains, dairy, soy, legumes, and alcohol. It’s a fantastic way to reset the body and learn which foods are beneficial to your particular body and which are harmful. After 30 full days, slowly begin to implement restricted foods to see if they can be tolerated.
I love the Whole30 program because it also gets you back to enjoying REAL FOOD! We are not concerned with counting macros (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), but the focus is on eating meals that are tasty and use only real ingredients. People often notice increased energy, better sleep, and more mental clarity as just a few of the noticeable changes!
