Made only with brown sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper, the secret ingredient in this is brown sugar:
It produces more seasoning, so you can coat the breast well and give it a beautiful crust without dominating it with many spices that need more time to cook than chicken breast; and
sweats while baking, so it ends up with moisture that makes the chickenjuicier than the usual baked chicken breast.

How long to cook
A medium chicken breast will take 18 to 20 minutes to bake at 220C/425F. Cooking it hard and fast at high temperature is the secret to beautiful caramelization and an ultra-juicy chicken in the interior. No dry breast around here!!
The seasoning for this chicken is actually a great indicator of when the chicken is cooked to perfection. Basically, once the surface of the chicken is caramelized, it cooks to perfection inside, so take it out of the oven!
My last tip for a really cool baked chicken breast is to beat it to the uniform thickness, either with a rolling pin, a meat mallet, or even the fist (very therapeutic). This has the double effect of cooking evenly and tenderizing the meat.
