According to Weight Watchers, skinless chicken breast and eggs now belong to ZeroPoint foods in the Blue and Purple plans. How amazing that is! This just means you’ll be able to enjoy more slow cooker chicken recipes without worrying about eating too many SmartPoints!
Well, this isn’t exactly surprising since chicken meat has well-documented health benefits. It is also known as a wonderful substitute for red meat.
Chicken is an excellent source of protein, amino acids, vitamin B12, choline, zinc, iron, tryptophan and much more! But in addition to being a really healthy food, we also know how delicious it can be when simmered!

recipes? There is no doubt that there are a lot of Weight Watchers chicken slow cooker recipes that you can find online, but first of all, the real question is, how long should the chicken be cooked in the slow cooker?
Many weight watchers, mothers and even I have experienced the same dilemma: slow-cooked dry chicken. Therefore, I decided to do some research, and I was surprised to find the answers!
Boneless, skinless chicken breast in a medium serving only needs 2.5-3.5 hours in LOW to be fully cooked in the slow cooker. While cooking, larger recipes should only take 4 to 6 hours of cooking. I hate to tell you this, but never cook boneless, skinless chicken breast in HIGH unless you want to have a dry and overcooked chicken for dinner.
